Appreciate What You Have
The first step is to appreciate what you already have. You
may already be doing this in which case… well done!
But a lot of us are so fixated on what we want and what isn’t
quite right, that we forget to take stock of what we have
already accomplished and what’s right in front of us.
This is a habit you need to kick ASAP because otherwise,
you’ll never feel as though you have the life you want!
A good way to start changing this habit is to adopt the
‘gratitude attitude’. And a good way to do that is to take five
minutes every day to write down three things that you’re
grateful for. I’d also like you to write down three things
you’ve done well and three things you’re proud of.
You might just find that you’re doing a lot better than you
think!
